I want to add an anecdote to this: I actually do have gay and trans friends and I like them well. However when they put very little to no effort to pass as the other sex but expect you to use they/them/her pronouns it makes it really fucking hard to communicate. Asking people to use different language around only you is some egotistical nonsense.

also same with sports, they have no problem with trans people in sports just have them compete separately, we already segregate sports by sex, we already have a bunch of transgender boxing organizations that host their own fights, so why is everyone freaking out about this when the solution is already right there in front of us
it really feels like nobody just sat down with a normie and took their perspective seriously and tried to grapple with it

Ah, lol, well, anyone who calls themself a Progressive is probably a radlib anyway, "progressive" is more of a quality than some rigid ideology. People can be "progressive" in different ways. Modern progressivism is not the same as progressive conservatism and neither are the same as futurism or Maoism. It's all very complex and only shitlibs and radlibs call themselves progressives unironically. And Kyle Kulinski I guess.
