Ironically the people behind this meme are fucking plebs. Why is Only lovers left alive here? The Shining, Raw and Alien are masterpieces. Hereditary is a great social commentary but I would recommend Midsommar more. Hereditary was honestly traumatic, it stuck with me for weeks after watching it, and I still look back with utter shock to some of its most horrifying scenes and interactions. I know this is not the sort of gloom socialists should promote or uphold, but I can't help but be in awe of its craft and artistry.
