I dunno, man. I got into it and started, actually, appreciating it after I ran my course with pretty much everything else I can think of. Everything else just sounds very formulaic to me, which, is not an issue. I am not trying to be pretentious about it. I still listen to that music. But I enjoy noise because of the unpredictable nature of it. That is why I appreciate noise.

Maybe start with Nurse With Wound: A sucked Orange. That is pretty easy listening as far as noise music goes. The best track on this album is

It's an acquired taste, I think. That's not a very good album, IMO. Merzbow is very very hit or miss, he has some interesting albums but his music can be (lol) grating because of how much of the timbre in his music skews towards long, drawn out passages of high frequency sounds.

Te key is to realize it tends to follow the same principles and goals as other more accessible forms of chaotic or abrasive music, it's just a purer form of it.
There are many different flavors of noise, Pulse Demon is just one, I'd say it depends on what kind of music you tend to like to begin with or why you're interested in noise.
